How long will my item take to arrive?
Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days for most items + shipping time. If your item is small, you have the option of flat rate or priority. Flat rate shipping will most likely take 5-10 business days while priority is 3-5 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your item is shipped!
How are your items made?
Most of our items are handmade. Our signs are built by myself, Kasey, and my dad, Scott. All of our designs are laser engraved/cut on various materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, slate, stone, etc. All of our printing products are designed and sent to our trusted Manufacturers.
Do you ever do in-person events?
Yes! We love doing pop-up vendor shows which is where we are most weekends! Check out our events at the bottom of our homepage to see our upcoming events or follow us on social media to stay in the loop!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, I do offer local pickup! I am in Surf City, NC and can meet on specific days.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We absolutely love custom orders. Please fill out the 'Contact Us' form to discuss custom orders. If you have a photo of something you’re interested in, definitely send it over to us via email (kseaandco@gmail.com) and we can let you know if it’s possible/pricing! We can then create a custom link for you to order before your item starts production!
Do you accept returns/exchanges/refunds?
We only accept returns on items damaged by shipping (we send a replacement asap). Exchanges are only accepted if the item is accidentally done incorrectly (we will send a replacement asap). No refunds will be given due to our items being custom-made to fit your wants/needs.
